Hello, I am a 29 year old female with 1 child.  Recently I went to the eye doctor and they told me one of my optic nerves was much larger than the other.  They said that the pressure and the Nerve looked good and healthy but this will be something I should ask about within every check up.  He mentioned glucoma - which i have no history of in my family.  I have been really stressed I take medications for hypothyroid (levothyroxine), bupropian sr 2x per day, clonzapane, and birth control (Nexum 1/35)

About 5 days ago I got up and the left side of my neck was hurting.  It was like a sharp spasm that went in between the left side of my neck and wrapped around into the middle of my shoulder blade.  I thought maybe I pulled a muscle? But then I began to notice the pain seemed like it was an artery in the left side of my neck.  The pain has gone to the left side of my thyroid?  Then my husband and I were having rough intercourse and I had already had 2 orgasms.  I was not even on the verge of an orgasm but my neck started to tingle.. the tingleing went up my neck into my lower jaw and my mouth kept trying to contort into uncontrollable 'perching lips' I then told my spouse i was not feeling right and about that time began to see black spots.  

I am not really sure if all of this could be related or if I am just overthinking and had a low blood sugar/pressure or hyperventalation during sex.  I just know I have never once experienced anythihg like that.  

I have been very stressed with school and family life so maybe all of this is a reflection of stress. I dont know.
