Just ffound this thread this morning. 29yo female. I noticed I had a gel like lump start on the right side of my neck right at the corner of my neck and shoulder anove my clavicle.  I asked if my wife noticed anything weird and she said my neck was swollen. This was 2-3 days ago. Then yesterday the left side swelled as well. They don't hurt. I don't drink much, maybe 1 drink a month. I smoke 6-7 smokes a day, trying to quit. Overweight.  The thing that gets me is the swelling showed up quickly. I wasn't straining or lifting anything. I am going to call my doctor today because I've had Melanoma in the past and it can transform into other cancers. Hopefully I get answers.
