Hi. I am a woman 21 years old. I am a passionate meat eater. I do not get those guys that eat only vegetables and fruit. I hear and read a lot of text which say that it is quite contrary as I think, that vegan diets are good for you. But it is all Greek to me. What would be the actual benefits of being a vegetarian. Answer me this.

Well, for one, you don't have to kill what you eat. No one gets hurt. Second, all the ingredients you find in meat, and other animal – related products, are also found in plants. Isn't that enough? The only reason you eat meat is because you don't know better. And, with vegan diet, you can't get fat so easily. Look into the subject more, because you will find it very rewarding, I promise.
