This is my first post here and I hope there will be many more to come! I've just started dieting together with a friend of mine, and I am hoping to lose five kilos. Much has been written on this subject already, but I couldn't find any information about diet butter anywhere? Do you have any recommendations?

I have been using this "olive butter" called Olivio for years now. It is low in fat, delicious and really healthy because it contains olive oil. Please don't think that cutting out all fats is good for you when you are dieting, because that isn't true. If you stick to healthy fats like the ones in Olivio, you will be just fine!
