I am totally convinced that men and women have different nutritional needs, in addition to also having differing problem areas on the body. I don't think that there is such a thing as a diet that suits everybody's needs, and as a follow up from that, I am trying to learn more about the best diets for weight loss for women, specifically when we are talking about women's problem areas - the belly and buttocks. What do you think about this?

As you have already come to the conclusion that everyone needs a different diet, I'll take you one step further. The best weight loss results are achieved when you find your very own ideal diet, which you can do with the help of a nutrition consultant, or a dietician. I don't know what your body looks like so I can't help you I am afraid, but after a consultation I am sure you can figure out what your body needs, and what foods you need to stay away from to achieve maximum weight loss.
