I'm researching the best diets for quick weight loss. Can you help me with anything? Your opinions would be great, as would any links, book recommendations or whatever else you happen to have. About me - I have 6 lbs to lose and I would like to get it over and done with as soon as possible. What do you think would be a good diet for me?

I think a two or three day detox, cleanse like diet would be ideal for you with the amount of weight you have got to lose, which may seem like a lot to you but is essentially a small amount. I like either the lemonade diet, the grapefruit diet or the Hollowywood diet. All these diets are similar in nature, take either two or three days and will make you lose 6 lbs if you do them correctly.
