bleeding since my second month of pregnancy, it seems that my baby isn't growing because of that

My names are doris brown am 43 years  old am pregnant since 42 weeks  bleeding since  my 2nd month  and my pregnancy  is not growing becos of the bleeding  ,and if the bleeding my low abdome we be heavy.....what will i do
