Hi, I am feeling bloated and yesterday I had diarreha. Since, I started diet with fruits I am having troubles. How to prevent this?

Hi, it can happen if you are taking fruits on empty stomach and you are not used to it. Some sorts of fruit like peaches, always cause diarreha. You have to eat other things as well. Try dry plums, but don’t exaggerate as they could cause constipation. Mix of different sorts of food is the best. Of course the share of fruits and vegetables should be high. Also, keep in mind that insoluble fibers are important for healthy digestion and passage through bowels. I prefer cereals with milk or yoghurt as they also provide sufficient quantity of calcium.
