Had a difficult time sleeping due to a dull pain in my right testicle and abdomen. Not severe, just annoying. This morning I woke up and there was very visible blood in my urine.
At this time there are no other symptoms. No fever or pain when urinating as of yet.
I ate a sliver of fish bone a few days back which got caught in my throat for several minutes. Any way this fish bone migrated to the urinary tract?
What else could it be?

No. The fish bone did not migrate. It can't.
It could very well be a kidney stone. They are very common. It could also be an infection.
