bloody Discharge and painful cramps

Hi, im 18 and Have had cramps and pains in lower abdominal area for almost a month now. Sometimes just cramps and go away reasonably quickly, other times a sharp pain. Last time had sharp pain located it in lower abdominal area to right.

now have noticed in past 2 days have bloody discharge. are these related? It like discharge off off white-yellowish colour, with bloody mixed through. very light, but getting lil darker.
Also been feeling quite sick lately. especially when in a car or moving. And when i stand up from sitting. Mostly at nights/late afternoons.

Im not on any medication.
I am a smoker, and only drink on extreme rare occasions.
sex is sort of like a "main priority" in my house (live with partner), and have had unprotected sex.
Im not preganant (as far as aware)
and not due for period for another 15 days.

Please help. very scared but STRONGLY dislike going to doctors.
