i have this thing on the inner part of my left leg next my area i noticed last night it was blueish black and looked like a nipple or something but it hurts extremley when i walk its very uncomptorable and rubbs either againt my pants or skin and i poked it with a saftey pin and dark red blood keept comming out its now smaller but still very very tender and colored what should i do now? is it an ingrown hair ?
