I'm 13 years old and I have problems playing with nipples I'm a boy it kind of feels nice but when I toutch it i I have to pinch it my to nipples are swollen from this I can't help it I can't stop pinching them they use to not have feeling to them now they do it feel good but not good because I have to pinch them so that wierd senctive feeling goes away the right one has no lumb but it still has this feeling the left has the same feeling but it has a lump I'm not fat I'm skinny both of my nipples look different to kids laugh and call me gum drops and I say I can't help playing with them and they say how I say it's a lot to explain. Both of my nipples stick out help.
