Hello. I'm 19 year old male and I have one very delicate problem.
About two weeks ago I have notices that I have one lump behind both of my nipples. This occurred during showering.
When I squeeze them some sort of clear liquid comes out. You can't even imagine how frightened I was when I have spotted this because it is so uncommon in men to spot this on theirs breast.
I'm not sure they have been there before or how long are they present but I'm too embarrassed to seek for professional help, not to mention that I have told nothing about this to my parents or friends.
Please, help me!

It can very hard to determine what you are talking about because I'm not sure that lump of your is located on surface, just under the skin or deeper in tissue.
If it is superficial than you should pay a visit to your dermatologist because some inflamed gland or even an acne could be the reason of your problem. Only thing that is confusing me is that liquid. Any liquid that discharges should be investigated because it may be caused by some hormone imbalance, especially hormone called Prolactin!
Don’t be embarrassed about this. If there is anything wrong you need to get this sorted out now and must go to the doctor.
It may just be something simple, but you really cannot just let it go.
