Hello, My husband and I are planning to get pregnant and I am interested in knowing if botox injections in my face will have any impact on my fertility or the health of the fetus?

As far as I know, there have been no clinical trials regarding Botox injections and trying to conceive or pregnancy. Is Botox safe before pregnancy, if you get pregnant soon after? Common sense would suggest yes, since the injections have a localized effect and should not have anything to do with your hormones or reproductive system if you have it in your face. Common sense also suggests that you should probably wait a while to make sure you're on the safe side though. Of course, ask your doctor who you would ask for Botox beforehand, but also research on your own.
