Hi. I have my 2yrs old son. And he has branchial fistula on his neck. And now its become red and swollen. Also there is no yellow fluid thats comes out from the hole. And my sister in law told me that my son feels the pain from his swollen neck.. is it a sign of infected branchial fistula.? Is there any treatment that we can do except for surgery.? Thank you.
