I've been very tired all day, to where I had to lay down. I went to the store, and when I go inside, a very bright light in center of vision suddenly appeared, and I could hardly see. Then it dimmed to green vision, like I was getting over a blinding light shined in my eyes. No headache. Any ideas? I do have two discs in my neck degenerating.

Neurological pain can be referred elsewhere in the body. The concern however is that it could indicate a detached retina or other problem with your eye. It could also possibly be indicative of a TIA or stroke. I'm also VERY concerned over your statement that you have been "very tired all day."
