I am 51 years old have regular periods however lighter than when I was younger and am now having a brown discharge which is sometimes blackish in color after my period. Cyst? Perimenopause? Infection? Usually happens when I wipe or also when lying down..... Plz respond Also, when having sex last time I started bleeding fairly heavily.....not painful but we were pretty alarmed and have not had sex since....
