I'm not sure if this is something of concern, but because this has NEVER happened to me before so, I thought I'd report.  CD1 started 11/12 and ended on CD4 11/15 (a day shorter than the average 5-6 days I'm used to and lighter than I'm used to). I did not detect a surge this month (started OPK testing CD12 and stopped on CD15 when I didn't get a strong surge), however, I had the normal ovulation discomforts and slight pain I usually experience.  I started spotting (brown) on 11/27 or CD16 and it has continued.  It is now CD21 and still spotting.  A couple of the days it was accompanied by what looked like small clots when urinating.  The only change I noticed in the past 7 days was on CD17 when my husband and I had intercourse.  Instead of brown after/during intercourse, it was bright red and there was a 1/4 of a dime size blood clot as well. This feels "off".  Is it?

You should go to the doctor just in case. I've researched the brown spotting that you've been having before as i've had it before and it could be extra skin from when you had your period coming out late. but it would be best for you to go to the doctors just to make sure everything is okay.
