my 23 year old son is a body builder, he spends hours doing it.. two days ago he informed me he thought he had a hematoma in his lower left abdominal quadrant due to pain and slight discoloration. Today both his testicles are very discolored, but not painful ..could this be a result of drainage from the hematoma into the testicles or is it serious?

Let us know if he gets there and what the solution is.
