I am extremely stressed about this.

I have two small, way smaller than a pea, bumps on my labia major. The bumps have been there for several weeks and have not grown or gotten smaller. They are flesh colored, but a little pink/red. They do not hurt. Any thoughts? I have a dr. appt for friday...
