Basically i was having a shower, and i noticed a lump about the size of a pea on the inside of my labia majora. Which was not there the day before when i was washing myself. It is the colour of the flesh around it and it doesn't hurt when i touch it. The last time i had unprotected sex was over 9 months ago, and the last time i had protected sex was 4 months ago. i just don't know what it could be, it doesn't seem to match the description of genital warts.
Does anyone have any idea what this is? Or does anyone have anything similar? i've spent all day searching the internet and can't find anything to help me.

I went to my OB/GYN Dr. about 2 weeks ago as I was having severe itching, and a couple of sores. I thought it was genital warts or a vaginitis. Dr. did a biopsy there and it turned out to be Linchensclerous. He prescribed a steroid creme which I've been using for 2 weeks and I'm finally beginning to heal. I held off going because of any number of things going through my mind and causing fear, but now I'm glad I went.

there's no itching or burning and it is just a single lump so it can't be that! I'm starting to think if it IS an STD it would be syphillis, which is certainly better then warts.
