I have a big bump on my lower abdomen and it has gotten bigger, this sounds really nasty, but when I squished it together today puss came out and now it hurts bad. What could this be? :$

I've had just ordinary pimples that have sounded like that. They were very painful; lasted for weeks and then left a scar. Unless there is some reason to think that it could be something else, it might just be a pimple. Could it be something you contracted from someone else. My advise would be to see if it goes away in a couple of weeks, with some over the counter antibiotic cream. If not, see a doctor. Let us know what happens.
