At the back of my tongue I found a lot of bumps at the back of my tongue, and down my throat. They are pink and raised and when I scratched at them I discovered they were attached to my tongue, in a mushroom sort of fashion. I don't feel sick and the bumps don't hurt at all.
I only noticed them after I stuck my tongue out after eating a slushie, but I eat slushies (and candy) a lot and this has never happened before, so it's not from sugar, or from salt.
I've never had sex or had any sort of sexual contact, so I don't think it's an STD.
They aren't enlarged circumvallate papillae. Some of the bumps are ON my circumvallate papillae.
PLEASE tell me something? I'm really worried :)
