I have been having itchiness in between my legs and the scrotum for a few weeks now and I finally scratched away about 5 days ago, I think I might have gotten an infection because on the part that I scratched which is my left side of the scrotum I started to get bumps. I don't know what they are they are not attached to the testicle I have checked and performed the testicular cancer test. I wonder what they are they are random and only appear so far on one side of the scrotum. Could anyone tell me what this is.
