burning in my vagina and sharp pain/burning when i pee?

Hi I'm 19 and 3 months ago I was in a 9 month relationship and we have regular sex everyday unless I was on my period..well we broke up and I hooked up with one of my friends on my birthday and that was a month ago and I hooked up with my friend again Monday of this week and we used a condom this time now I feel extreme burning when I pee and burning when I'm just sitting down or laying down making it feel like I have to pee it all started Tuesday it all....I didn't think anything of it cause the last time me and my ex of 9 months used a condom it did this before and went away in a couple of days,,,everytime I go pee it hurts so bad I have to keep myself from screaming and when I wipe there's either orangish pee or alittle blood and Wednesday the same thing I wiped there was alittle blood and it made me sick and feeling small bearable cramps and it randomly hurts its not a constant pain and burning but when it does it hurts for hours and keeps me in the bathroom or running back and forth to the bathroom and when I described it to my friend he said it sounds kinda like I'm allergic to the condoms....does anyone know what this could be? And is there any drug store medicine I can use to help get rid of this burning? Unless I really am allergic to condoms then ill go talk to my doctor about it but I dont wanna go if its just alittle burning because he was the widest I've been with so maybe its alittle ripping from sex with him? I think its I got alittle ripped down there because I it only hurts (burning) around the whole
