i am a 17 year old girl. i recently started having sex with my boyfriend, and we have been doing great, and NO problems have ever happened... until yesterday. i started feeling a burning sensation while i urinate. it got to the point where it stung so bad that i dreaded using the bathroom all together. i asked my mom to get me some type of medicine, and she thinks it's a bladder infection. i thought that too, until i started seeing these "bumps" that look like whiteheads down there. they are super sensitive, and hurt when the urine touches them. i'm so confused to what it might be. also, my anus has been itching when the burning of my vagina stops. when i try to use the bathroom, it hurts a lot to push out the stool. it sometimes even bleeds. i've looked up my symptoms thousands of times, but i can't get a straight answer. i hope someone on here can answer my question to what it could be. %-)

Vaginal burning could be from soreness after intercourse. Like they always said, that's gonna hurt in the morning! Or it could be urinary tract infection, which needs to be treated by a doctor.
