burning/itchy testicle

Hi, I just signed up here because i've been experiencing a problem and don't want to do anything until I get an opinion. My problem is that over the last two days or so I have noticed some burning/itching after urinating. I have no pain during urination and the burning isn't very severe, but I am concerned about it. I did have a testicular infection on this same testicle about ten years ago that got quite bad, but it was taken care of. With that being said, the upper tip of the testicle is attached to the scrotum and has been this way since my infection. I have seen the urologist since this happend, but they have never said anything about it so i'm assuming i shouldnt' be too alarmed. Oh yeah, I am a virgin so I know it has nothing to do with STDs. I should also mention that I had some pain in my lower back and did feel what felt like a pulled/strained muscle in my lower back. The same side i'm feeling the burning/itchy feeling. So now that I explained all of that can anybody give me an opinion based on all of that.
