Ok. Today I got in a car wreck. It was not serious but right after I had a headache and felt very nauseous. This was at 1:30 pm. I took Aleve for the headache and after eating the nausea went away. At 5pm my headache came back and now at 7pm it feels like there is a burning sensation at the base of my neck. Could it be serious or just whiplash?

The headache can cause nausea, so can a concussion. You need to explain what exactly your injuries were.
"Just whiplash"? Whiplash itself can be very serious. Again, you don't provide enough information.
See a doctor, just to be on the safe side.
