Can A and d oinment stop burning and itching on vigina?

Sounds like you have an irritation of some sort. Are you sexually active?
A and D will help with the prevention of getting the area infected. You may have an allergic reaction to something like laundry soap or fabric softner, bath gel or body wash, wearing new panties without washing them first, or a lot of sex. When i get an irritation, i use vagisil creme. You just apply it a few times a day or after you wipe from peeing. It takes care of my "itchies and scratchies" in a day or so.
It could be an internal thing like yeast, you can use Monistat which you can but over the counter.
It could be of a sexual nature, that is why i asked if you were active. If your partner uses a condom, you may be allergic to the latex, if you use spermacide, it may not agree with your body, or, it could be something worse. If your not using a condom it could be an STD of some kind.
I am not suggesting that you have an STD, just throwing out some "could bees". Try the vagisil, or you may want to see your doctor if you think it may be something else.
