I am certain that I have heard that anthrax as a bio weapon is not used anymore, but how come there are still cases in which people are affected by this terrible bacteria. Some say that it can be found in all sort of food, meat sometimes. Is that really true? How should I be certain that I am eating safe food?

Well, you can always switch to fresh food, fruit, vegetables, meat etc. There are a lot of bacteria (some of them very dangerous ones) that can be found in the conserved food (cans) where there is no oxygen and that is an excellent environment for them. The good thing is that today there are several very powerful medications that can deal easily with this problem.
