Hi! It’s very difficult to say to you how much energy you need. I don’t know your weight, I don’t know do you exercise, what kind job you have. Only I can tell you that women need approximately 2000 calories per day. You should eat fresh, fruit, vegetables. You shouldn’t eat refined sugary food. Also you need to eat fish, meat, eggs for regular intake of protein. You also need to intake small amount of fat. You can go to nutritionist. Nutritionist will made meal plan only for you, on basic your weight, high, and your energy needs.
