Hi, guys everyone need good health here I have some tips which i usually follow
1. Avoid oily food and take only healthy food.
2. Go morning walk regularly.
3. Drink 10 to 12 glass of water daily
4. Eat some fruit and green vegetable.
5. Take full sleep daily, sleep early in the night and get up early in the morning.
6. Drink fruit juice and milk daily it’s very good for health.
