Can anything be wrong? I have these cramps in my leg muscles, something I have never felt before. I practice kick-boxing four times a week and it makes me feel great. Still, I am worried, I am not that young anymore (34), perhaps I should take a rest. What do you think? Cramps are not painful, but really annoying.

Perhaps you really should consider resting a bit. You never mentioned how long have you been training, but considering your age, I would say at least half a decade. Resting would help your muscle relaxation and build up your immune system. Maybe you should try with cross-training program, try something else and new for your body.
