Hi, I am 18 years old male and I am completely new in martial art trainings. I chose to train kick boxing so I would like to hear several basic suggestions which may be useful in my training process. I would like to get advice from someone who already trained some martial art.

Hi, it is very important do develop you technique in the first place. You have to work very hard on your boxing technique same as your kicks. When you master these two elements I suggest you to start with your strength training. It is crucial to develop good fighting skills and you will have enough time for gaining strength. Also always warm up and stretch before every training to avoid injuries.

As long as you get a good teacher, follow the program they give you and practice as much as you can.
