Hi, I have problem with my fitness program. I am 34 years old and I have two kids. After the second birth I have stayed fat, and I can't cut my weight down. I had to do something. I am going to the aerobics on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The training last for an hour. On Tuesday and Saturday I go jogging for a 30 minutes. I still have too much weight. What about my fitness program is not good?

You must give yourself some time to reduce weight. Your fitness training is generally good and I see no problem there. Of course I am not present when you practice and there can be some problem if you don't do it right. Maybe you could try to take some trainer at least for a month to see do you practice like you should. Maybe the problem is in your nutrition and not your fitness program?
