i am 17 and my breasts are starting to sag... i would like to know if its because that i always wear a bra?

it's actually the opposite - bras help your breasts to defy gravity. Not wearing them during puberty when your breasts develop can lead to breast being saggy, but there is also a genetic factor that might play a role in your case. Some women simply have breasts that are shaped like that, or have breasts that are too big and simply get saggy because gravity pulls them down. So, wearing a bra is a good thing for you, only issue is - you need to find the right bra, the one that will give your breasts enough support,

It could mean that you do not have the proper size and type bra for you. Don't forget that you should wear full type/size bras and properly fitted. Your breasts should not sage down nor extend to the sides of your body any further out than the width of your body. Underwire type bras are not recommended to wear as they are well known to cause breast cancer and cause pain.
