Can apple cider vinegar and hoodia be taken as a weightloss supplement safely?

I'm not sure how you would use the apple cider vinegar although if you limit your intake you should be okay. Too much vinegar can be bad for your esophagus. As for hoodia, I cannot speculate. I know that there haven't been any FDA tests of it so I don't know about its efficacy and I'm skeptical of supplements. I hope that if you do decide to do it that you monitor your symptoms and quit if anything starts to look strange. Are you also doing exercise and diet too?
