since i have had one now, does this mean that i will continue to get them? and is there anything i can do at home to reduce the inflamation/irritation? thanks in advance :)

Hi, max.

Yes, you can buy over the counter treatments for yeast infections in England without a parent present. However, it is important that you read the instructions carefully and use the product as directed. You should also speak to a pharmacist if you have any questions or concerns.

Some of things you can do to reduce inflammation include taking a warm bath or shower and using anti-inflammatory creams or ointments, such as hydrocortisone or calendula. Applying cold compresses to the affected area can also help reduce inflammation. Eating a healthy and balanced diet and avoiding known irritants can also help to reduce inflammation and irritation. Additionally, drinking plenty of water and exercising regularly can help to reduce inflammation.
