Hi, this past Thursday me and my friend decided we wanted to run a 5k. I am 18 and a freshman in college. The problem is that I have never been in shape my whole life. My PR for a mile is 9:45 and have never run more then a mile. The 5K is in a little less then 2 months. Since we agreed to run it I have ran a mile every day(Three days). Basically I want to know if it is A) possible to get in good enough shape to run a 5k by then. B) What kind of work out schedule should I have, and C) do I need to buy any thing?
