They were just Trojan enz condoms, it says premium lubricant but I didn't feel any. Also I don't think it was wet and sticky and can't recall though

Hey there I would still say its the lubricant that you were feeling. there wont be a ton in there but just enought to make slipping the condom on easier.... that is most likly what you found on your penis? what only the head wet or the shaft too?
