i know that muscle milk helps build muscle. but what exactly? can it give you abs? i need an answer! ;]

Milk definitely is healthy for you if you are exercising and trying to build up your body and muscles, but simply as a part of a high protein diet. I think that you night have mistook the lactic acid (which is found in milk, definitely) that our muscles produce when they are exposed to some exercise or any kind of stress at all with the milk that we drink. This build-up of lactic acid in muscles in fact has exactly the opposite effect - rising amounts of lactic acid during exercise are the main reason why we become tired.

i dont really understand. im fifteen, turning sixteen and i am 5'6 and weight 160. i wanna loose weight and gain muscle and nice abs. i work out on a weslo momentum 630 elliptical everyday for an hour or 40 minutes. it works out my whole body. will muscle milk help me with the loosing weight and getting muscles and getting abs?

Could you explain me what is muscle milk? Because I wrote you what I know, but maybe we are thinking about different things here. The workout you described alone should give you very good body and you can always add some specific exercises for abs to your workout.

well about weight muscle weighs more than fat so you might not loose weight but you will look the part and for that muscle milk stuff that might not help so try different ones in very small amounts unless you know it works. also to make that stuff work you have to exercise more than usual for it to take effect. hope this helped

you re fifteen and wanting to loose weight. i've got some suggestions for you. if you want to loose weight and build muscles, you need to hit the gym frequently, you could use a product called promax diet. contains high protein and low in carbohydrate and fat. helps to repair muscles from workouts quickly. i have used it before and i can vouch for it. it is a maximuscle product. it helps to burn fat and bring out your main core, that is your abs. if you need to use this product, you need to be disciplined with your workout; not only cardio, but also muscle workout and weight lifting; your muscle expanding could help burn fat.



NOTE: most importantly, after all this workout, you shouldn't spoil your day's job and sweat by eating junk food. you will need to maintain a balanced diet. eat less fatty and carbohydrate food and you will start seeing results within months. Like replacing white bread with wholemeal or seeded breads, they re good fibre sources. do not eat any creamy food like cheese, though mozzarella is a substitute, no donoughts, brown rice instead of white rice, vegetables and fruits, lots of water to replace concentrated juice and soft drinks, if any juice at all, it should be 100% fruit juice. you will need to make exercising, a life style; trekking fast & or jogging to somewhere instead of getting the bus

I know this might not even be helping you, but to be honest forget the shakes forget the milk and food diet.

Its really easy to lose weight and gain muscle

You just need to stride for it and not give up plus have time

-100 push ups 100 sit up- per day

if thats easy 200 push ups 400 sits ups-

i do 100 push ups 400 sits up 100 pull ups

and i use to weigh when i was 14 210lbs now i am 15 now and weigh about 130 or 135
