Hi, folks. We all know that milk and its proteins are very important for kids and their health. However, I would like to know if proteins from milk are also good for adults. I don’t like milk much and I am thinking of stopping drinking it since I am not longer a kid. What do you think?

Hello, there. Milk is a very healthy food. Of course that proteins from milk are good for adults as well. I was in the same situation as you. But, in time I began to love milk. And when I finished with my puberty, I continued drinking it. It is also important since it contains calcium. You can change it with yogurt if you like. But don’t give up on dairy products.
