I was just diagnosed with mono today. I know that it can't be transmitted during oral sex but can what about intercourse? Is it transmitted through all bodily fluids or just saliva?

I am not sure what to tell you here. There are some complications that you can experience when you have mono. Enlarged spleen is one of them, and if you have enlarged spleen it is not advised to have physical activities. And sex is a physical activity that can be bad for enlarged spleen.
Transition can be done by saliva, but doctors are not sure about other bodily fluids. Many say it is possible and it is advised to have any contact that can spread mono. I think this involves sex as well. Doctor will probably advise you not to have sexual intercourse, at least not unprotected sex.
