Can i still get pregnant after two ectopic pregnancies?

It depends.  Are your fallopian tubes still intact?  Is there severe scarring that caused the ectopic pregnancies in the first place?

See your ob/gyn or a fertility specialist.  They can check your tubes for damage that may lead to another ectopic pregnancy.
