Can i still have sex with a condom if my foreskin does not pull back

I know this post is really old but I still figured I could maybe help. The same thing is happening to me at this very moment. My bf and I just finished having somewhat rough sex and I'm in so much pain. From wut I've read, I think it might be a condition called proctalgia fugax which is caused by middle contractions in those areas. Menstruation and sexual activity can cause this to happen.
