I ejaculated at a party in another state into the bathtub, and some went down the side and some onto my hand. I know there was some in the tub because I put my hand and there was some there. Now I know for a fact four showers were taken and 12 hours were passed before I left without any chance of pregnancy. Could a girl possibly get pregnant by fingering herself after 12 hours from possible semen that is still there and get pregnant?!?? Btw I know the tub was most likely cleaned with bleach, please pit my mind to rest on this and how long sperm can survive.. Please help!!

Sperm exposed to the air on items like clothing, bed linens or toilet seats lose mobility (the ability to swim) rapidly. Seminal fluid dries out very quickly when it's outside the body, once semen dries out, the sperm die. Males should take basic caution after sex to ensure that any semen that may have come about from ejaculation is cleaned up. Fertilization is possible as long as the sperm remain alive. Sperm ejaculated outside the body may survive only minutes to a few hours. So I really doubt that someone could get pregnant in the way you've described. Certainly, I've never heard about anyone who got pregnant like this. So please don't worry.
