When you say masturbating orally, you mean oral sex right? And the answer is yes!!! IF the person giving the oral sex has a cold sore - herpes - that can pass onto you. Actually a lot of STD's can be spread by the mouth, BUT it usally needs the person to be suffereing from an actual outbreak for them to pass it on! Good luck and health!
