is it possibleto get genital warts in your mouth/throat if there are no warts present during oral sex. or would you get them if the person has a history of hpv.

Genital warts are spread by skin to skin contact and most commonly when the warts are present and visible. SO, if there were no visible signs, transmission is not likely to occur.

HPV is not a virus that is found the spinal region. You are thinking of Herpes. HPV is a found in the skin.
