Can orthopedic therapy help with symptoms of arthrogryrosis multiplex congenital?

I know that arthrogryrosis multiplex congenital normally involves nasty symptoms that you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy. What I have no idea about is the treatment of arthrogryrosis multiplex congenital, and what kind of treatment is effective. Can orthopedic therapy help with the symptoms of arthrogryrosis multiplex congenital? If it does, to what extent?
