Can foreskin be to long and weird shape? My foreskin like overhangs lots and the part that goes past the head comes to a smaller tip but the tip at very end opens like a flower ( i know weird). When I’m erect the foreskin overhangs over an inch. I was wondering if I should be circumcised cause it’s so different than others. I’m 14 1/2.

It's not weird. It's very common for your foreskin to open like a flower.
It's also normal for it to overhang, by an inch, or even more!
Don't get circumcised for looks. You are fortunate to have all the nerves intact on your foreskin. You'll have increased sensitivity during sex.
Do stretch it if you aren't already.
